What we collect
When you book: name, email, phone, nationality, passport details where a site or hotel requires them, travel dates, payment confirmation, and any special needs you tell us about.
When you contact us: name, email, phone and your message.
When you use our website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not store your full card number. Payments are handled by our providers on their own secure systems.

Our legal reasons for using it
We use your information to perform our contract with you, to meet a legal obligation, with your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), or for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with the guides, drivers, hotels, boat operators and site authorities involved in your tour; our payment, website, email and analytics providers; and government authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Special requirements
If you tell us about a health condition, mobility need, allergy or dietary requirement, we use it only to keep you safe, share it only with those who need it, and will delete it after your trip if you ask.
Sending data outside Egypt
Some providers are outside Egypt. When we send information abroad, we use providers applying appropriate safeguards and recognised data protection standards.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records: seven years, for tax and accounting. Enquiries: two years. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct anything wrong, to delete your information where we are not required to keep it, to stop marketing, or to restrict or object to how we use it.

You may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfect, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Children
Our website is not aimed at children. We collect children’s details only from a parent or guardian, as part of a family booking.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
