Who we are
These terms apply to every tour booked with [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as Sekhmet Tours (“we”, “us”), licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism under number [TOURISM LICENCE NO.], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
By booking, you accept these terms for yourself and everyone in your party.
Making a booking
A booking is confirmed only when we email you a written confirmation. Until then, prices and availability may change.
You must give us correct names, passport details, ages, contact numbers and any special needs. If wrong information causes a problem, the cost is not ours. If you book for others, you confirm you may accept these terms for them.
Prices and what is included
Prices are per person in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Each tour page lists what is included. Anything not listed is not included, usually visa fees, tips, personal spending, insurance and optional extra sites. See our Payment & Pricing Policy.
Changes by you
Tell us as soon as possible if you want to change a date, time or group size. We will try to help, but changes depend on availability and may cost more. A change requested close to the tour date may be treated as a cancellation under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes by us
Sometimes we must change a tour, because of site closures, weather, road or security conditions, transport problems, or your group’s safety. For a small change, we will tell you and continue. For a major change or a cancellation, you may choose another date, another tour of similar value, or a full refund of what you paid us.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your travel documents and visas, for arriving at the pick-up point on time, and for following your guide’s safety instructions. If your behaviour is unsafe, illegal or seriously disruptive, we may end your tour and no refund is due.

Our responsibility
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, and are responsible for loss you suffer because we broke these terms or failed to use reasonable care.
We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, strikes, war, civil unrest, government or site decisions, airline delays, epidemics, or an unforeseeable third-party failure.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Please tell your guide straight away so we can fix things during your tour. See our Complaints Procedure.
Governing law
Egyptian law governs these terms and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. This does not remove rights under your local consumer law that cannot be waived.
